I have insomnia so the subject of sleep really interests me. I found this picture of a 'sleep hack' which shows you how to nap and how you can actually lower the amount of sleep you have to 2 hours a day, 20 minutes at a time with 6 hour intervals. Pretty amazing huh? Check it out.
